Description: A good small water with 20lb+ carp which get caught fairly regularly. There’s also a good head of general coarse fish – roach, perch, tench and gudgeon. To find it take the B1365 out of Middlesbrough towards Stokesley and take the second turn-off to Seamer. Once in the village turn right by the duck-pond and stay on the road for about three-quarters of a mile. The pond is on the left (near a large farmhouse).

This is also the home to some large eels and lots of small perch and roach. There are also some chub, rudd, crucian carp and gudgeon.
